Hello, Every one.
Through past month I have installed a lot of Open Source CMS Systems , to start some study about their features and functions, this is first time I installed TangoCMS and I found that It is Awesome one. I understand that the TangoCMS have enabled the Multi-language feature in version 2.4. I want to share my try in Enable Arabic interface of TangoCMS. and I Hope that TangoCMS team will help us in these steps or correct me if there is any problem in my method.

I think we have to understand TangoCMS Structure Before any modifications. I want to discuss this under the TangoCMS 2.6.1 let us start.

- First of all, I have downloaded ".mo" files, from the launchpad, where TangoCMS team post their project for translation purposes.

I have downloaded the .mo files , of Arabic language
- I extracted the launchpad file "launchpad-export.tar.gz" and I found "ar" language directory
- I copy the "ar" directory for Arabic Language

- I Explore TangoCMS on web server , IIS under the root directory I found this folder :
"root_directory/TangoCMS_directory/application/locale/"
I found "index.html" , I think this for security purposes.

- In this directory "locale" I past "ar" language directory.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- So it will be like this
"root_directory/TangoCMS_directory/application/locale/lang_directory_name/LC_MESSAGES"
e.g. "root_directory/TangoCMS_directory/application/locale/ar/LC_MESSAGES"

I was logged into AdminCP ->settings->Locale
under Locale (i18n)
we can install the new language interface into system using
"Install language package"

I was tried to explore the log directory "tangCMS_directory/application/logs"

I found the log file "2011-08-31_zula.log"

[2011-08-31T01:44:32+03:00] [::1 | uid 2] [warning] -- (unknown:0) failed to get list of locales, check "allow_url_fopen"

I checked this feature (allow_url_fopen) in php.ini files and I found it enabled.
