I created a group called "Editor" and included an user in it. The goal is that this user can create, delete and modify articles. Up to now, this user can modify pages without any problem, but I cannot edit or create articles - no link is visible when I login as this user.

How can I do this?

I have now posted an article on my site, but somehow, it does show the whole article with the "read more" link under it. In my tests, I could only read the first few lines of an article and when I click on "read more", the whole article is shown.

How can I show only the first few lines of an article in the overview?

I am trying to include a Link to a mail address in a page with Mail, but the link will be automatically transformed to "http://site.com/index.php?url=mailto:address@domain.com". I just installed the version 2.6.1 and went through the setup process, all worked fine. The main page is now showing correctly, but when I try to go to the admin section, I get an error:

The requested URL /admin was not found on this server.

Which is right - there is no "admin" folder on the server. I am not sure about this - should this admin-folder be in the tar.gz or zip (which is not the case!) or should it be created after setup?

BTW, http://manual.tangocms.org/installation/locating-install-dir should be corrected, the install dir is http://example.com/setup

I would like to have my website in both English and French for visitors. TangoCMS does not seem to support this option in the Admin panel. Is it possible to do it without recoding the Index file, CSS, etc. myself for a selection of language for visitors or automatic redirection to one of the recognized language of my website?

I have created a new page in the menu. With the online html editer (intergrated in TangoCMS) I can insert HTML lines.
Now, I want to insert java code. Could someone tell me how? I wanna creat a dorpdown menu into a page. I have tried some scripts and things but it wont work. I dont know where to put the jss file into, because if I creat a page is saves itself into the database and not as a html file.

I've moved our TangoCMS-based website from a location where we could play around with it to its definitive location. All pages show up just fine, but since the move TinyMCE doesn't show up anymore when editing or adding pages. I've checked that my browser is having javascript turned on (TinyMCE works on the TangoCMS demo site), I've cleared the cache in Tango and my browser, I've disabled the cache in Tango, set javascript aggregation to on/off, Google CDN to on/off, nothing helps. What can it be?

I've got a simple question: how can I prevent people from registering? I've set up my site with the admin accounts that I need, and no-one else needs access. However, if you know that it's TangoCMS, you can guess the location of the registration interface and register. I've set the permissions of regular users such that they're not allowed to do anything, but I prefer not to have strangers register at all. Disabling the session module seems promising, but I'm afraid I can't login myself then either. What is the wisest choice here?
