Truobles Installing Just for the first step

Hello. I'm trying to install TangoCMS cause it looks to be great for my website proyect, but I confese I'm feel like a dummy. I've uploaded the folder to my host http://www.aldeapc.com/public_html/ It is there now but when I try to start the installation procedure I get the following:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@aldeapc.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Apache/1.3.41 Server at http://www.aldeapc.com Port 80

Is there a way to install it locally in my own PC? (I run Ubuntu 9.10) Are there some manual or directions to accomplish?

Hi there,

Apache 1.3 is not supported by us, since it is incredibly old. To get it working, either use a different web server, or remove the '.htaccess' files you see (there is one in ./install as well).

Alberto, "TOCAYO" if you need some help with this issue tellme to assit you i moded to get it working on 1.3 long time ago and i can do it again.
